“I first invited Dogface Improv to come to deliver some wellbeing sessions to boost the confidence of people living with complex mental health issues.
The sessions couldn’t have been more uplifting and liberating for people; I witnessed those who hadn’t laughed for a very long time, grinning from ear to ear and proper belly laughing, it was fantastic.
I then invited Dogface to deliver a wellbeing session at an NHS Staff away day – again an extremely important opportunity for people working under immense pressure to let go, relax and be silly. It was a fabulous couple of hours of escapism for everyone involved, whether participating or observing.
These sessions are a great activity suitable for so many different environments. Chris and Danny have always been kind, friendly, flexible and fun which makes them a pleasure to work with.”

We run regular sessions for groups within Norfolk and Waveney MIND. In these sessions, we encourage participants to join in group games and exercises relating to collaboration and being in the moment. Our sessions have been tailored in the past to compliment specific areas that the groups are currently working on such as confidence in social situations, being okay with failure and reducing negative re-inforcement.
We developed and delivered a session in association with Voluntary Norfolk focussed on building job interview confidence.
We have run "Laughter Therapy for Staff" sessions for the Norfolk and Suffolk NHS trust. In these joy-filled sessions we usually start out with a group of people who are unsure about what to expect and a little bit nervous, and by the end we have a room filled with creative expression, positivity and bags of laughter.
